Terms of Service

Tic Tactics · Effective October 17, 2026

These terms govern your use of Tic Tactics, a browser game and Discord Activity provided by the PiJionGames development team (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you cannot legally agree to these terms independently, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them. Playing through Discord also requires compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. Playing fairly

Use the game lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass other players, impersonate others, use offensive player names, exploit bugs to disrupt matches, automate gameplay to gain an unfair advantage, overload the service, bypass access controls, or attempt to access another player’s session or private information. Report problems to the developer instead of exploiting them.

3. Sessions and player choices

You are responsible for the names, avatar choices, and gameplay actions you submit. Share room codes and invitation links only with people you intend to play with. Anyone with a code or link may be able to join; rooms are not password-protected. Hosts choose settings and can transfer hosting. Players may join teams or spectate. Spectators can follow a player’s gameplay; participants can see names, avatars, scores, selected actions, and reactions as the game allows. Rooms, scores, and sessions may reset when the server restarts, updates, or becomes inactive. Reconnection and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.

4. Random outcomes and scoring

Classic play combines team minigames, duels, card rounds, and board placements. Minigames-only play offers team or free-for-all competition with voting for the next game. Some events use random selection, including offered games, shuffled cards, and safe tiles. Uneven teams may receive score multipliers. Ties may trigger additional play, including all tied players in free-for-all. Rules, timers, eligibility, scoring, and reconnection restrictions are enforced by the server and may change as the game develops. Scores, win/loss counts, and achievement badges are for entertainment, may be temporary, and have no cash value. The current game has no purchases, paid currency, wagering system, cash prizes, or cash-out feature. “High Stakes” is the name of a game round.

5. Permission to use the game

We give you a limited, nonexclusive permission to access and play the game for lawful personal entertainment while the service is available and you follow these terms. This does not transfer ownership of the game, its branding, artwork, music, or code. Rights belonging to third-party creators and software licensors remain with their respective owners.

6. Discord and other services

Tic Tactics is independently developed by PiJionGames and is not endorsed by or operated by Discord. Discord and our hosting provider operate their own services under their own terms and policies. Their availability and platform restrictions may affect access to the game.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the information used for browser and Discord play, local preferences, session and room storage, sharing with players and spectators, and requests about your information. Do not enter sensitive information into player names or room codes. Leaving a match does not immediately erase its records: a slot may be held so you can reconnect on a later turn.

8. Updates, restrictions, and availability

This game is under active development. Features, rules, and availability may change. We may restrict or end access when these terms are violated or when needed to protect the service or other players. We may pause or discontinue the service. Where applicable law requires notice or other protections, those requirements apply.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that it will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, PiJionGames is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, the game. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the game develops. The effective date above identifies the current version. For material changes, we will provide notice through the game or the community where the update is announced, where required. Continuing to use the game after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

11. Questions and support

For questions about Tic Tactics or these terms, email PiJionGames at supportpigeongames@gmail.com. Include the game name and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, session keys, or OAuth secrets.
